What Vali provides

Vali is a work ledger. You can record work experiences, goals and boundaries, then view summaries of benefits, costs and trends. Recording and Calculate remain free. An active trial or paid annual subscription unlocks Decide and its reports in your signed-in cloud workspace. Monthly reports also require a completed reporting period and enough days with records; payment does not create missing records. Scores are based on your own entries, are not money amounts, and are not employment, legal, financial or medical advice.

Annual subscription

Free 7-day trial, then $79.90/year. Cancel in Account before trial ends. Payment method required. There is no monthly plan. Annual subscriptions renew at $79.90/year. Your account shows your eligibility and availability; the final total, billing terms and any taxes are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless you cancel renewal.

Your records and access

Local drafts and recovery copies are stored on your device. When you sign in and use cloud sync, successfully synced records can be accessed on the website and iOS app using the same account. Unsynced changes may not appear on another device. Use the website's Settings to export a backup; clearing local storage may remove local-only or unsynced records. Account deletion removes your account and associated cloud records. Do not enter information you have no right to share.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record. Use Subscription & billing in Account or the instructions in your receipt to manage your subscription. Canceling during the trial ends trial access immediately and avoids the annual charge. Canceling a paid renewal keeps access until the paid period ends. A failed renewal does not provide paid access. We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of each payment, including your first purchase and every subscription renewal. For a purchase following a free trial, this window begins when you are actually charged. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights. Access ends when your subscription expires or is revoked following a full refund or chargeback.
